Well, Oliver is 12 months now and is over 20 pounds (barely!), so why is he still rear-facing? Watch this:
Oli will remain rear-facing at least until baby 2 is here, and longer than that if I can figure out how to get his seat to fit behind one of the front seats without touching them (right now it's in the middle of the backseat).
